Changes To Standard UK Delivery 24/48 Services
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best service to our customers, & due to recent courier industry disruption, we are changing the way that we ship certain orders within the UK, with the aim of selecting the most appropriate & efficient service based on the package/parcel being shipped. For this reason, the delivery options you will see during the checkout process have slightly changed. The new options will show as 24Hour Premium, and 48Hour Economy (We are keeping the prices the same).
Please place your order as normal, choosing the desired option based on your requirement – when your order comes to be picked and sent, we will select the relevant service from either DPD or Royal Mail (Tracked) reflecting your choice of 24 or 48 hour delivery, and ship your order accordingly. Many smaller orders will now be sent by Royal Mail Tracked rather than DPD – email updates will be sent as normal advising which service is being used for your order, so you will be able to track progress as normal.
Backorder Supply Times
As our supply chains react and adapt to ongoing situations and circumstances worldwide, and our warehouse works to maximum capacity to meet demand, supply times for backorder/non-stock items are gradually improving. Please be advised however, that some delays beyond our control may still be encountered.
Despite this, please be assured that we understand and appreciate that parts orders are often required urgently, and as such, efforts are made to ensure that we maintain the ability to rapidly obtain these items, and a high priority is given to processing these orders through our warehouse and shipping them out to our customers as soon as possible.
If you have an urgent need for a particular item that is showing as not in stock, please get in touch with us and we can advise specifically on that item for you.

Some areas of the UK are not served by 24 hour services, and instead will be sent on an extended time delivery (usually 48 hour, unless location is classed as very remote). This includes areas with the following postcodes:

Please note: large items requiring special pallet delivery, including main frames & crated items such as engines, are exempt from free carriage offers. If ordered, these items will incur an additional carriage charge, which we will contact you about separately
All goods are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Post or via our chosen courier.
We aim to despatch all goods in stock on the same working day they are ordered, we will contact you in the event of a shortage or damaged item. We endeavor to dispatch all parts orders placed before 6pm – KEY Collection orders have an earlier cut-off of 5pm. Goods are only collected on week days – you may receive confirmation emails but we do not despatch goods on Saturday or Sunday.

We will only deliver to the card holder address for your first order (credit card orders only)
You will receive confirmation and tracking details via email for courier/tracked mail deliveries.
We will package your item(s) carefully using appropriate packaging to ensure the safe delivery of your item.
International orders will need to be saved (export basket) and then sent to us to confirm the postage costs based on the Volumetric size of the consignment.
